Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, and a second notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details included.
Worldwide Standard Shipping
We ship the Nessel Hug to customers around the world via Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery times below begin from the date your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
All Nessel orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Nessel ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.
Nessel is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about applicable charges before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nessel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info.nessel@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
- Check with neighbours or your building's reception in case it was left with them.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
If your order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info.nessel@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
